The European Skill Registry has been developed in the framework of the H2020 TRAIN4SUSTAIN project.
In order to facilitate the user experience of the platform, an online available tutorial was created for registered users. This e-learnign material grow with time e.g.: inclusion of best practices.
Additionally, the establsihment of a help desk service - via direct interaction with the responsible contact person - is responding to the needs of immediate intervention and troubleshooting.
